At a recent hearing at Salisbury Magistrates Court two companies, having failed to provide details of the driver of vehicles detected exceeding the speed limit, as required under Section 172(2) of the Road Traffic Act, 1988 were fined:
 
1.  £1,000 with £455 costs plus a victim surcharge of £15.
 
2. £1,000 with £155 costs plus a victim surcharge of £15
